Eight stages, one standard
Farm, harvest, inspection, sorting, processing, packing, cold chain and export — each stage handled under the same control.

Farm
Quality starts in the field, with associate farmers and farms working to certified good agricultural practices.

Harvest
Produce is picked by hand at the right stage and moved into crates for the short journey to the pack house.

Inspection
Incoming consignments are checked on arrival before anything enters the pack house floor.

Sorting
Produce is sorted and graded so that each consignment matches the specification it was intended for.

Processing
Processing is carried out under hygienic conditions, with the whole activity kept under our own control.

Packing
Packing is treated as part of quality, not as an afterthought: packaging is controlled alongside production.

Cold chain
Pre-cooling and cold storage hold condition between packing and dispatch.

Export
Logistics stay under the same control, so quality is protected right through to the point of despatch.

Traceability is one of the outcomes the farm-level certifications are held for, so produce can be tied back to the associate farms it came from.

The pack houses carry their own certifications and registrations, so handling after the farm is covered by the same scrutiny.
