Neelay Agro is the flagship company of Neelay Group, established in 1985 and active across agriculture, food processing, infrastructure and logistics in India. Neelay Agro itself has been engaged in the production, processing and export of fresh fruits and vegetables since 1993.
We are associated with more than 700 GLOBALG.A.P. certified fruit and vegetable growers, and we are an awarded export house recognised by DGFT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India.

Production begins with our associated grower base across Nashik and surrounding growing belts, working to good agricultural practices.

Harvesting and post-harvest treatment are planned around maturity, market window and the shipping programme.

A quality-centric technical team checks incoming produce before it enters the pack house.

Sorting, grading and packing run on technology-enabled lines configured to each customer's specification.

Cold chain
Pre-cooling and cold storage hold the produce at temperature from the packing shift through to dispatch.

Export
Proximity to the sea and air ports at Mumbai allows loading and shipping without breaking the chain.
Built for freshness
Pack house, pre-cooling, cold storage, quality control and loading — all under one roof, updated to keep pace with global requirements.
- Pack house
- 25,000 sq ft of sorting, grading and packing capacity handling at least 100 MT of produce per day with a seasonal workforce of around 1,200, most of them women.
- Pack house 2
- A second facility of 90,000 sq ft at Konkangaon, Nashik, with five packing lines, HVAC-monitored areas and a processing capacity of 150 MT per day.
- Pre-cooling
- Own pre-cooling chambers holding 100 MT (8 x 40 ft containers) at a time, with reversible pre-coolers at the second facility.
- Cold storage
- Cold storage for 700 MT — 60 x 40 ft containers — plus a second cold store connected directly to the container loading area.
- Quality control
- A dedicated quality team with technical knowledge and industry experience checking every stage of the process.
- Loading & export logistics
- Located in Nashik, Maharashtra, close to the sea and air ports at Mumbai, so fruit ships without losing colour, freshness or taste.
